ACCESS DATA AND MARKETING CONSENTS
By accessing the portal, you can manage:
- Your account
- View your fulfilled orders and those still being processed
- Change your addresses
By accessing the portal, you will be able to see the list of all your orders. For each order you can check the payment and the status of the order.
By clicking on the order number, you will see the detail of the order and, depending on the case, you can:
- Cancel your order
- Change the payment method: only if the order has not yet been paid and the payment method is different from "cash to the courier".
- Repeat a payment by Credit Card or PayPal unsuccessful.
- Reorder the products of the order: all products will be added to the cart according to the quantities and vintages currently available.
- Print any invoice or credit note.
